New accounts start with 14 days of Recall + Live, up to 5 recorded hours, no card needed. After that you move to Free unless you choose a plan, and you keep everything.

What is OwnRecall?
OwnRecall keeps the facts, decisions, and commitments from your meetings and notes, with dates and sources, so you can find a detail later even when you can’t remember the exact words.
Can I buy a plan today?
Not yet. OwnRecall is invite-only while we finish it. Join the waitlist and we’ll let you know when plans open.
What’s the difference between the plans?
How you capture. Recall brings in what you already have: transcripts, email, calendar, and chat. Transcribe adds live transcription as you talk. Live adds real-time help during the meeting. Every plan includes Ask, and the search and memory behind it.
Will OwnRecall read my whole inbox?
Only what you choose. You set filters, like folders, labels, or senders, and only matching email is processed and counted toward your monthly limit.
Can I bring in Slack conversations?
Yes. Paste any Slack thread into OwnRecall. Teams chat can be connected directly.
Does my company need to approve the sources I connect?
Sometimes. Some companies require an IT admin to approve apps that connect to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. If yours does, OwnRecall shows you what to send your admin, and you can always upload files instead.
Which assistants work with OwnRecall?
Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cursor, VS Code, and any assistant that supports connectors. Each assistant reaches only the spaces you choose. If an assistant doesn’t check OwnRecall on its own, ask it to "check OwnRecall."
What counts as a recorded hour?
Time spent recording live in your browser, on a computer or phone. Pasting, uploading, or connecting transcripts never uses recorded hours.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
You’ll always see how much you’ve used. On a paid plan you can add a pack, or turn on auto-refill with a monthly spending limit. Or wait for next month. Nothing you’ve already saved is ever locked.
Does auto-refill charge me automatically?
Only if you turn it on. You choose the pack and a monthly spending limit, and we never charge past that limit.
Do unused packs expire?
Packs last 12 months from purchase. Your plan’s monthly allowances reset each month.
Do you keep a recording of my meetings?
No. Live capture turns audio into text as you talk. We keep the text, not the recording. If you need a recording, use your meeting tool’s recording feature.
Will my older notes be locked on the Free plan?
No. Everything you save stays available on every plan, including Free.
Who can see my content?
Only you. OwnRecall staff can see account details like your email address and usage counts, never your content. The services that run OwnRecall, such as our AI provider, process your content to provide the service. They’re listed in our privacy policy.
What are spaces?
Separate areas like Personal, Work, and Side Business. What you save in one space stays in that space. When you connect an assistant, you choose which spaces it can reach.
Can I export my data?
Yes, anytime. Email support@ownrecall.com and we’ll send you a copy of your data.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
